I have multiple contacts that I need to send the same document to and have been sending the document out in groups of less than 50 at a time. I can send to five or six groups, and then Adobe gets stuck processing with a spinning loop. The loop keeps spinning for hours and never finishes. If I refresh the page, I can start the process over again but get stuck at the same spinning circle. If I close and re-open the browser, I get the same circle, and if I open adobe up in an in private window, I still get the same spinning circle. My subscription level is Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. Please resolve this issue.

I don't believe it is good. The circle is still spinning after starting over again.

Please ensure that you have not exhausted the transaction limit for the day. Try once sending a single document and check if that works.

The plan that I'm on says that it is unlimited. Is it unlimited, or is it limited? The document you linked to does not specify a daily limit. If there is a daily limit, what is that daily limit? It would help if the Adobe bulk send would specify if there is a daily limit and also let a user know that he or she is over the daily limit rather than simply having a spinning circle.
