Beware of slick sales trick!

New Here ,

I signed up for Adobe 6 months back.  I called customer service when I was signing up to ask for assistance.  I wasn't sure I should purchase the package online.  I had never before purchased an online product & it made me nervous to do so.  I explained my situation, that I only needed the program for a day or so and I wasn't sure it was worth purchasing this product for only a few days.  The sales girl said, don't worry we have a 30 day program you can purchase and it only lasts a month.  It sounds like I would be a better fit for this program.  I said, "oh, yes, I had no idea this was even a program available!"  I signed up because of what this girl said, that it was a program that lasted only 30 days, and it ended after that, and I didn't have to do anything else.   I specifically asked her this question and she said no, it would end automatically because it was a 30 day trial.   This was just a slick sales trick to get me to sign up for the program, to get me to relax and distracted.  To get my mind comfortable that my account would not be charged.  In the meantime, for the last 5 months my account has been charged $115.00.
