I thought I cancelled this account after I received the letter that all accounts had been compromised and that credit card information had been stolen.

I searched a long time for any kind of contact email address contact phone

number anything I could use to contact customer service. The closest that I

could get was this for him. It would be great if you would just put the

phone number or email somewhere on the web site.

I am having the same issue! Tried to "CANCEL" this account within an hour of setting it up and discovering problems with WIN8........to no avail!!! Perhaps "Corporate" would be the correct 'contact'?!!!
