Hi. I was reading and highlighting a very long textbook stored in my document cloud for several months. Yesterday I downloaded iOS 9 (unsure if related) and I went to open it and it said its corrupt/damaged and cannot be opened! Moreover, this file is 35+MB at least and now it says it's 33KB?! This is so frustrating bc I have put a lot of time into this document in terms of highlighting and notes and trusted that it would be properly saved into my document cloud but now I'm afraid it's all gone. All my other files are fine. Any thoughts? My one thought was to call them and see if the can restore it from their server.

Working with documents on the cloud means that the file is downloaded to your local computer for editing, then uploaded/saved in regular intervals. It appears that *something* has happened during editing, and the document got corrupted. Not sure what you can do to retrieve the undamaged document. I don't think Adobe can restore files on the Cloud.
