Hi Ivan,

That really depends on what email application you are using. But, typically you can just double-click the attachment in the body of the email to download it, or Right-click (Windows) Ctrl-click (Mac OS) and choose to Save the attachment from the pop-up menu that appears.

Hi Sara

I am using SHAW.CA

When I right click, nothing happens.

When I left click, single or double,,,I get the message, file could not be downloaded, try again...

This started when I upgraded from Vista to Windows 8..
