Hi Sarojini,

Yes that link has worked, thank you very much.

What i was originally doing, and it was working until recently, is in an open PDF and in the tools section on the right hand side it has an option to convert to word. This was working but now it has a window that pops up stating 'Reader could not contact the server to complete this request'

Thanks,

Katie

Hi Sarojini,

I had to reinstall my Adobe Reader as it wouldn't update. Since then the version I have is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015.017.20053. Now i'm having an issue with the PDF's only opening in a browser which I would really prefer it didn't. Everything that google is showing me to do to change this isn't working.

Are you able to assist with this?

Thanks, Katie.
