How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat App on my phone in hopes of editing a PDF file on-the-go.
I saw the “$2.00/month” and ”$23.99/annually” caption so I figured— why not. I could spend the $2.00 for a monthly subscription.
Because I was on the app and bought the subscription on through the App Store. Little did I know, I wasn’t given the option of payment plans at all (before or after).
I was wondering how would I go about requesting for a refund? I’ve already canceled the subscirption on the iTunes Store and I‘ve been trying to get into contact with customer support but the chat has failed numerous times and would not connect me to a customer support specialist.
