i have a PDF file that I need to pull a video out of and I am stumped as to how to do it.
Can someone who is way smarter than I, please help me out?

Is the video coming from another source like YouTube, etc...? You would need to open the PDF in Acrobat to determine the source of the video file.

thank you Nancy....based on the size of the PDF (138 MB) I'm guessing it is embedded.
I'm opening it in Acrobat Pro, but have the full Adobe suite if needed. I'm just stuck.

I've never tried this because I keep native video files on main HD & backup drives. But if this is all you have to work with, try the steps below. This may not work for all embedded file types.
