but now I have another problem

... I replied by mail and all my signature ie my details are in my reply (how do I edit or remove that info?)

As you have marked the mail to the customer care executive.

I can not help you in that case.

You could send a mail to that person again stating that your signature and your personal details not to be used for any purpose.
