how to send PDF's from Acrobat to Mail without the Adobe-cloud storage. I have this always and since a couple of months every pdf I want to mail to my clients is been sending through Adobe-cloud with a link. I want to send the file and not a link.
How do I chance that?

Thank you for reaching out.
To send the PDF as an email attachment, disable the "Send link in attach to email (Sign-in required)" option in Acrobat Preferences.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Email accounts in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a Windows machine. For Mac, Application Preferences > Email accounts.
Refer to the screenshot attached below:

Hello,
I have followed the steps above but Outlook is still converting attachments to the weblink. What else can I do to disable this?
Thank you.

This worked once, and now it is open but still sending PDFs as a link. Companies don't like this for invoices. Please disable this default. It is very problematic.

Hi Russ38375244pyho,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please share the screen recording of the steps you use to share the PDF? It will give us a better understanding of what is happening on your end.
Also, share the screenshot of the Preference setting on your end. Share the current Acrobat and OS version number in use. We will look into this.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
