how to send PDF's from Acrobat to Mail without the Adobe-cloud storage. I have this always and since a couple of months every pdf I want to mail to my clients is been sending through Adobe-cloud with a link. I want to send the file and not a link.

How do I chance that?

Hi marjoleinr3073024,

Thank you for reaching out.

To send the PDF as an email attachment, disable the "Send link in attach to email (Sign-in required)" option in Acrobat Preferences.

Go to Edit > Preferences >  Email accounts in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a Windows machine. For Mac, Application Preferences > Email accounts.

Refer to the screenshot attached below:

Thanks,

Meenakshi

This worked once, and now it is open but still sending PDFs as a link. Companies don't like this for invoices. Please disable this default. It is very problematic.

Hi Laura3558459180ud,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share more information about the workflow used to send PDFs? Share the screenshot or screen recording of the options you get.

Share the Acrobat and OS version number.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
