Hello georges-philippn39394841

As per the description above, you are not getting the option of converting the PDF into PowerPoint, Is that correct?

The conversion option of PDF to PowerPoint is not available in Adobe Reader as it's a designed behavior, however, you can file a feature request through Feature Request/Bug Report Form

You can convert the PDF to PowerPoint using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Hi Anand,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I already  use the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

...But I just can convert on Word, Excel and RTF. LAst year I use this URL on a computer of a friend, and I could convert on Power point, but not now...and I don't know how to add *.pptx as a conversion of files.

Please change the browser and check. You can also clear the cookies and cache of the browser and then open the URL and see if this brings any difference https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As you will get the option to convert the PDF to PowerPoint through the URL on a browser

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hello Georges-Philippe,

Sorry for the confusion and to make it clear, if you are a part of Document Cloud subscription, then you will have the option of converting a PDF to PowerPoint. But if you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF only, then you can convert PDF files into editable Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents only. For more detailed information, please refer to FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud

As you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF only, you are not getting the option of converting the PDF into PowerPoint.

Feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
