Whenever I try to edit that PDF file, it is taking me to your site and asking me to buy the product again. It is also asking me to sign in even though I signed in before. When you put a product on the cloud service, take there and get the things done, instead of going through this type of service, PLEASE! How can I cut the picture for my needs and save it as a new file?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe PDFPack on your current Adobe ID. With Adobe PDFPack services you can easily create, combine, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files.

But you cannot edit PDF files with Adobe PDFPack. You need Acrobat DC to edit PDF files. See Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: PDF converter, convert PDFs from anywhere.

If you want to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, you can use it through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Adobe PDFPack. Note: You cannot Eidt PDF files using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader.

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
