Hi Michelle Dim,

If you are an Adobe 'SendNow' subscriber, then you have automatically become a subscriber for 'Adobe Send' online service to send large files online at no additional cost.

Please try sending other PDF files using 'Adobe Send' after signing in with the same Adobe credentials and check if it happens with all PDFs or a specific one.

You might log out, clear your browser cache and then log in again to check.

No, this service is not a scam.

If you are using Adobe Reader for sending files, then please let me know what version of Reader are you using.

Have you updated Reader to the latest version i.e. 11.0.10?
