How do i fix missing PDF maker files?

Hi Anthonyh,

We see that you have Adobe Acrobat DC registered in your account. And as mentioned above that you can't convert the files to pdf, so is there any error that you are getting during conversion?

Using Adobe Acrobat DC, here are the steps that you can follow for the conversion-

Export PDFs to Microsoft Office formats | || Create PDFs with Adobe Acrobat

If you are trying to access the service online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  then you may check with a different web browser. Or you may turn the internet security software off for a while (If any) and check.
