i cannot transfer pdf files to word or excel files

Hi Denisd,

As per the issue description, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services and cannot Export PDF file into Word or Excel file, Is that correct?

You can use the services through your online account, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password. more about Adobe ExportPDF: Using Adobe Export PDF Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

You can also install the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Export PDF, to download Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

** Note: If possible, use a different browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari.
