I had to reset my computer, how do I download the software again?

I had to reset my computer (well the IT guy did it), now I cannot convert PDF files as I think the app was deleted.  How do I either reinstall the app or download the programme again?  Will I need another serial number?  My annual subscription was only paid in December 2017.

Adobe PDFPack is an online service which cannot be downloaded as an application on a computer. But you can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.

To access the service, use the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. Download Adobe Reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
