As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to find the tool for converting pdf to word, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for pdf pack.

You may use some the feature of Adobe PDF pack in the Adobe Acrobat Reader application (desktop and mobile).

To install Adobe Acrobat Reader on Desktop, use this link Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Once installed, go to tools>export pdf to export pdf to word.
