I have been using Acrobat Document Cloud over a year now and suddenly I am getting this Internal Server Error (500) and I cannot see sent files any longer.
I tried sign-out and sign-in many times and I also tried 3 different web browsers (Safari, Chrome and Firefox) and it is not working but keep getting this error.
Is there anything wrong with server side?
Your urgent response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
I sent you a private message with a potential way to resolve this. Can you let us know if it helped?

Hi Bob
Yes, it helped. I sent files again fresh without forwarding previously sent file and it works. Thank you.

Glad to hear it. There is a state that accounts can get into where the Sent Files are not displayed, and we're working on fixing it. But in the meantime, all the user needs to do is send one more file (or even just create an anonymous link) and the situation gets cleared up.

Can you send me the private message that apparently has the solution to this internal server error? Or just post it online?

Hello,Sorry about the error. Apparently it fixed itself. I don't know what the problem was, but it didn't last long. I exited out of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in the evening and that was when this error happened. I was through for the day anyway, but thank you for contacting me. Diana G. Garcia

I'm having the same error (500, internal server) when trying to combine several files into pdf. It worked earlier this afternoon, but now I'm having this same error for the last 3 hours. Solution please? Thank you

I am having the same issues. I just singed up for Adobe online to convert .pdf to .docx and have not been able to do even one. I get the same error. Can I get a refund? Based on the reporting of the error and your response, it appears to be an ongoing, unresolved issue, that you are still working on a solution to fix it. I would prefer to go another route and simply try again when you have it working properly.
