Sometime in the last few weeks I've lost the ability to select multiple files to send in one batch. I have been using Adobe Send & Track for 5 years now. Per your FAQs (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-send-faq.html) this service is no longer available to new subscribers, but existing customers can continue to use the service as usual. But this recent change whereas you can only send one file at a time is not the service I have been paying for and using the past 5 years. Without this function, the product is useless to me. I need to be able to select multiple files on my computer and send them in one batch to another user, and that user downloads them in one batch.
I know it is not a problem on my computer, as other users are reporting the same thing:

No one has addressed this issue properly in the forums, and there is no phone support available for this product. Why the change? Are there plans to rectify the situation? Or do I need to find a different service?
