Sharing multiple JPGs from the cloud was never an issue in the past. Now the option to share a file is only visable for a single file at a time. Has something changed? I am a photographer and normally share my photos via the document cloud. I was accumstomed to sharing up to 50 at a time. Please help. Thank You

    Hi there!

Using "Share" feature of Document Cloud web service, only one file can be shared at a time- https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/files/

Whether its a pdf which is already uploaded on Document Cloud or any other file format which is saved locally on your computer. As per the guidelines given here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/sharing-pdfs.html it only allows one file share at once.

Sharing multiple JPGs at once, have you had this experience through DC web only or some other cloud sharing?

    Thanks,

    Akanchha

Thanks for your reply. I am a subscriber to Adobe Send & Track for about 3 years. I am aware Adobe recently ended the Send & Track service for new subscribers. Existing subscribers were allowed to continue the service. I have been using the cloud service for sharing up to 50 jpgs at a time for the entire time I have been a subscriber. The most recent multiple file sharing experience I had was about 2 months ago. The option to create a link to share multiple photos was available at that time and I used it without issue to share 50 photos with a client. When I logged in last week the option to share multiple files had been removed. The option to share only one photo at a time was available and the share option disappeared as soon as I clicked on more than one file. The only reason I use the service is to deliver photos to my clients. So after using the service for many times over the years I can say I am familiar with the option to share multiple files. The service is of no use to me without the option to share multiple files. The service worked great until last week when I logged in. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.
