Hey All,
We have been using the Adobe Cloud plugin for OneDrive/Sharepoint. Recenlty, only in Firefox, we started getting an error that states " URL provided is expired or invalid. Please reinitiate the workflow. ". Nothing seems to fix it. Tried restarting, clearing cache, disabling all browser extensions, updating Firefox, etc.
Anyone have this error and find a fix?

Could you please let us know your complete workflow when you get the error message?
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording to better understand the issue.
Meanwhile, please use the alternate browser if the feature works fine there.

Workflow is simply opening a PDF that is stored in OneDrive or Sharepoint. You click to view the file, it automatically opens in Adobe Cloud PDF and we get the error I attached. This only appears to be happening in Firefox.

Yes, I can confirm we are also experiencing the same issue opening PDF documents from SharePoint online in the FireFox browser only. Have confirmed that there are no issues with Chrome or Edge browsers at this time.
