Pagué una suscripcion anual y ya no puedo convertir archivos

Hola,

Pague una suscripcion anual para convertir archivos PDF a World o Excel y ahora que quiero usar el servicio, me aparece que no estoy suscrita. Como puedo arreglar esto?

Hi mpaulit,

I've checked your account using the Adobe ID that you use to post in the forums, but I don't see any order history. So, it may be that you signed up using a different email address/Adobe ID (if so, you need to log in using that Adobe ID and password). Or, you may have subscribed to ExportPDF via one of the Reader mobile apps. If that's the case, you would need to check the status of that subscription by contacting the app store that you purchased it from, as Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions.

hola, he pagado hoy 5 de noviembre una suscripción de adobe exportpdf  por 1 año pero al iniciar sesión con mi cuanta dalvst@gmail.com aparezco como usuario libre, entonces como vinculo la suscripción que hice a mi cuenta de adobe para usar los servicios? he pagado desde el appstore de mi iphone  suscrpcion exportpdf.jpg
