Ich habe bereits ein PDF Service bei Adobe bestellt, nach der neue Installation meines Computers, kann ich das PDF Service bei Adobe nicht mehr benutzen

Looking at the information above, it seems that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack service. But when we have checked the same account, there isn't seems to be any subscription registered under it.

You might have made the purchase under a different email address and that is the reason its not letting you to access your services. If there is any other email address please share that with us via private message, we will cross check.

Adobe PDF Pack How to Use Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use via web browser  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or

you can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
