PDF to Word failed....

I've just purchased the PDF to Word software and saved a PDF file from the internet to my desk top. I used the software to convert the file to a word document and it has not been successful. I've tried this a number of time. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

You might have purchased Adobe Export PDF subscription to convert PDF to word format.

Please try signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials and then check again.
