PDF to Word hasnt worked

I exported my PDF file to a word .doc file BUT the text in the word file have been converted as an image . I want text that the whole point of getting the add-on please help

Could you please let me know if you are using Adobe Reader or ExportPDF online service.

Also, tell me if you are trying to convert a scanned PDF.

Try converting any other PDF file to word format and check if the same issue appears.
