Help how can I fix this I've uninstalled and re installed but it won't work!

As per the issue description, you are getting Renew my subscription message.
As per the records, the Acrobat Pro DC subscription (month-to-month) is cancelled and you have an active subscription of Adobe PDFPack, Monthly through which you can easily create, combine, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files.

You may have to uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC from your computer in order to get rid of the message of renew subscription.
To uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC software, use the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner tool: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Please sign out from Acrobat Pro DC before uninstalling it, and reboot your machine after the uninstall.
