Signed up to adobe export PDF, go to export doc and it takes me to pay for subscription again and again. Have waited a fair few hours now and still same issue.

Account is showing that the subscription is active.

I upload the doc in the online account and select export to excel and it takes me back to pay for it. If I go through the purchase process, it tells me I already have the feature. Same issue when attempting to load direct from PDF doc or from online account.

Hi Ashleighjones,

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

Your account information says that you have the Export PDF subscription registered to it. So you should be able to access the service without any trouble.

Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf . And you can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.

When you Sign In online, make sure you have entered the correct email address. Also, ensure that you are working with Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC to access Export PDF.

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know if it still doesn't make any difference.
