Unable to save to document cloud.

When I try to do so, the following message appears:  "An error has occurred in trying to access this service."  Yes, I am signed in.

Hi Norm Grail,

If you are using Reader DC, then please ensure that you are using the latest version i.e. Adobe Reader DC

If you are using browser, then log out, clear the browser cache and then log back in.

If this does not help, then please use a different browser to sign in to Document Cloud and save the file.
