Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF service || Error message: Resubscribe.

I purchased Export last week.  However, when  I try to covert a document I am taken to the "need to purchase" screen

How can this be resolved?

And see if you are able to use the service or not.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the error message, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
