Using Adobe SDK - error 500

I am converting pdf to docx and while converting a big pdf of 15 pages I am getting an 500 error.

I am wondering if there is any limits?

Could you please let us know how exactly you are trying to convert the PDF to docx?

It would be helpful if you can share the steps you do and the screenshot of the error message you receive.

I am trying to convert an 100 pages pdf which 1.8MB. Is that the issue?
