We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, when converting a PDF file to Excel, you are getting out of order and useless data in Excel, Is that correct?
Have you tried exporting any other PDF file to Excel and checked? Is that issue is with one specific PDF file or with all PDF file?
Try converting the PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firef

Try converting the PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
If the issue is with one specific PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can check it at our end? To share the PDF file, refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
