I am unable to use my adobe account. When I attempt to convert an adobe document to a word file I get the following error message...Can someone assist me in determining what the issue is so I can use this service.

Hi Mt,

To understand the issue correctly, when you are trying to "Sign In" in the application that time you are getting this error message? Or when you are trying to Sign a document then you see this pop up box?

As you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack which is an online service and should let you do the conversion smoothly.

You can use the service online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf 

And also through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If you are trying through the desktop application, then try online once. And if its a "Sign" feature you have referred to then check with a different PDF document.

Let us know the update on this.

Can you check with a different pdf file? Or check whether you are "Signed In" in the application or not?

Do you have any antivirus software installed? If yes, then you may try after turning that off.

(Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done)

For testing purpose, try the conversion online once https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
