Why can't I permanently delete files from acrobat.com?

I'm uncertain if what I'm experiencing is the same as all above. It's along the same lines. I recently opened the online acrobat.com files account and need to delete a pdf file from the list online. I read above about the 2 part step with archiving then deleting. However, I can't seem to locate any info on my screen on how to archive in order to delete the file from online. Please help!

Creative Cloud Files (https://creative.adobe.com/files) and Acrobat.com file storage are different services. Have moved your post to the Acrobat.com forum.

Thank you for posting on the Adobe forums, kindly try the steps mentioned below, hope it helps.

1) Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/

2) Sign in with your Adobe ID and Password

3) Check the box which is on the left hand side of the document and click on the BIN icon to delta the file permanently.
