why does sometime a file takes forever to upload or NOT at all....then other times it uploads quickly? my internet connections show everything is good.

Hi Suzan,
What types/sizes of files are you uploading? Are you just uploading to your Acrobat.com account, or converting them? Are you finding that files of the same sizes don't upload consistently? If you're converting files, the complexity of the file can have an impact on upload speed.
