Description of the Issue:
When using Adobe Acrobat Sign on a mobile device, specifically involving two signers, the document requires signatures from both parties. The first signer successfully signs the document, and their signature appears as expected. However, wehn the second signer do the same the system still shows the message "One required field left" and does not allow the second signer to complete their signature. Eventhough all required fields are filled.
Expected Outcome:
This issue appears to be specific to mobile devices, signing works as expected on desktop platforms.
Both signers should be able to sign the document successfully, and the message "One required field left" should disappear after the second signature is added.

No, even after filling all the required fields, when I click on "Next," it still displays an error stating that the signature field is empty, even though it is not. This issue occurs specifically in a particular scenario when I am the second signee and using a phone.

As the issue occurs in a particular scenario, would you mind sharing the screen recording of the workflow with us.
You mentioned that you are using the phone to sign the document. Are you using the mobile application or the browser on the mobile device?
Did you check if it happens when you try signing a document using the desktop machine?
More information would be helpful.

Hi Meenakshi,
I am using a mobile browser to sign the document, and the issue is only occurring on mobile devices. It works correctly on desktops. Now, this issue is not limited to second signee only even the first signee is unable to sign it. Here's the screen recording to showcase my issue.
