Account tab is missing

Account tab that used to be on the dashboard is missing.  I can't add user.

You need admin privileges to see the ACCOUNT tab.  Reach out to your account admin.

I having the exact same issue, the only difference is that I am the account admin. My navigation bar shows Home, Send, Manage, Workflows, and Reports --- no Account tab.

You need to  change your role in the admin console to admin in the product itself.
