I just updated my Macbook Pro today (Ventura 13.5.2) and now I'm having issues with my e-signature on my Acrobat Pro. When I enter the email of the person I want to send it to and click on "Specify Where to Sign," it just takes me to the document and does not allow me to identify the areas. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, any solutions?

I have been using Adobe e signature for some time, and it has been really easy to use, with no issues my end or with the recipient. It has recently been updated, and it is now hard to navigate to get the signatures on. A blue box shows at the bottom right saying "click here to show the recipient where to sign", and you can click on the relevant area and a box appears- you have to change the box type to signature, whereas it used to autopmatically apply it as a signature box, date etc. However, even having done all of that, a lot of recipients are saying that it won't let them sign, or that there is nowhere to sign, or even that there wasn't even an attachment. I am having lots of issues both ends. The software update needs reversing, because they certainly haven't enhanced it. I am dreading using it on a daily basis.

I'm having the same issue, and it is hanging and not working since new update. They need to take it down.

Hi kflanrye, TRISH324393315kq8, and defaultcxvl78qxiv1m,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
As mentioned, the "Specify Where to Sign" feature is not working. Could you please share the screen recording of the workflow to show what happens when you select the option? Share the Acrobat and OS version currently in use.
Did you check if you experienced any issues when trying to send the document online?
It would be helpful if you could share the information for further investigation.
Let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I just went through the online chat with Adobe help last week on this issue. They had me log out of my account and then log back in and the problem was fixed. It's worth a try....
