Hi FRANCIS_PANGAN6222,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if you are using the Acrobat Sign mobile application to complete the document. Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. Share the Acrobat Sign and OS version on the device.

Try reinstalling the application once and check if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Also having this issue, latest version of app on iOS (iPad and iPhone) and latest iOS update - tap the option to acknowledge I am the signer and then it crashes (goes back to the homescreen).

Hi intelligent_brain3509,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please confirm if you use the Acrobat Sign version 3.29.90 and iOS 18.5. Could you please share the screen recording of what happens?

Did you check if you can sign the document using the browser on your mobile device? If not, please try so we can confirm that this is related to the application. Also, could you try signing another document to verify if it is an issue with a particular document or with all?

We will be waiting for you to reply.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi

I can confirm that we are on 18.5 and 3.29.90 app version.

The website works fine, it seems to be the app.

How can i upload a video without it being available to everyone (just want to send it to Adobe and not available on the forum)?

I think i know what the bug is, we have a signature date field, if we remove this field the app allows you to sign it without crashing. Added the field back in and it crashes again.

Tested with 3 different templates which vary in complexity and its the same outcome, works ok with no date field and crashes when the date field is added.
