For testing purposes to decide whether to go with this I am at this moment using the free-trial period.
I am trying to get the OAuth token on :
https://secure.na3.adobesign.com/account/accountSettingsPage#pageId::API_APPLICATIONS
I tried also other scopes, like user_login:self+agreement_send
Application ID: CBJCHBCAABAAXqV7X4WPuQ-Lf-9sJg9Bpey1_mXg7HR4
Client secret: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxhXC

Scope settings:

Let me move this to the Adobe Acrobat Sign forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.
* The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.
* Questions about business plans should be posted in Enterprise and Teams
* Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
* Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
* Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
* Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for reaching out.
We have checked that your account shows as inactive.
Also, to test the API, you must register the Developer edition of the Acrobat Sign.
That can be done via the following page: https://www.adobe.com/sign/developer-form.html.
Ensure you use an email address to register that has never been used for Acrobat Sign before.
If you are experiencing any issues, you may also contact the pre-sales team. They will be able to provide you the pre-sales technical assistance and share the correct information.
Please refer to the following link to contact them: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/sign/pricing/plans.html. You may use the Contact us button for Adobe Sign Solutions under the team tab.
Thanks,
