Adding Watcher and Parallel Approver

i have a couple of queries:-

1. how to add a watcher to watch the whole signature process but doesnt need to sign the document

2. Add a group of users, among whome, if anyone signs the document then the document is marked as signed. it means that anyone among the approver can sign the document and then the document will move to the next step.

Hi Muhammad

To answer your first question you do have the ability to add a person on cc (copy) they will not interact with the document but have sight of the document

For your second question, this is possible by creating a recipient group - for example, you can add 3 people all 3 will be notified that a document needs to be signed but only 1 needs to sign, once this person has signed the others when they try to sign will be notified that the document has already been signed.
