Adobe Acrobat Pro and requesting e-signatures

New Here ,
Sep 21, 2025 Sep 21, 2025

I'm the Admin for a small business.  When I try to "request e-signature", I get the error message: You can no longer request e-signatures using your profile associated with [Personal information removed by moderator].  Please contact your Admin to resubscribe or restore access."  Can someone walk me through restoring access?  Thanks!

Hi @tonia_4465,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Sign.

I checked your account and saw multiple Teams subscriptions active on the same account.

Considering the problem, I would recommend contacting dedicated support for Sign users: https://adobe.ly/4ncMMhE

This may require checking the backend details and determining if there is any conflict.

Regards,
Souvik.

Good morning Souvik!

Thank you for getting back to me! I will try the link. Interesting to hear about the multiple Teams listings!

I hope you have a great day!

Hi Souvik,

I hope you had a nice weekend!  I did check out the link.  However, it wasn't what I was looking for.  I have "Adobe Acrobat Pro with e-sign" for my business. The ability to do e-signatures needs to be reactivated on my account by the Admin (me).  I've never had to purchase another Adobe App to do signatures.  So I'm struggling to get my Adobe Pro for Business to function properly.  Hoepfully, this explains where I need assistance.

Hi tonia_4465 ,

Thank you for the information.

Please let us know how you are trying to send the document. Are you using the desktop application?

If yes, please try signing out of the desktop application once and using Acrobat Web to send the document for signature. Launch Acrobat Web and sign in with the same credentials that you use for the desktop application. Once logged in, go to the E-Sign tab and select Request Signatures.

Check if you can send the document without any issues. If it works, try signing in again on your desktop application and sending the document.

if the issue still occurs, we suggest contacting the Acrobat Sign support team to get this checked: https://adobe.ly/4nCZgPZ. They will check the backend settings and help you access the feature.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
