Hi Community,
I have a contract document that is sent to clients for signing via adobe sign. Some text and number / percentage formatting changes when viewed from the client side.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ah, thank you! I figured this was abandoned because it was moved as there are no replies.
I have this issue as well, I created a detailed form with Acrobat and when sending it for signatures, the formats are not carried forward, somewhat arbitrarily. For example I have a column of dollar values adjusted to the right and formatted as currency with $ in the format. When sending for signature, it loses the $ symbol and some remain adjusted right, some become centered, they all lose the .00 at the end if they had it in the form.
Further, longer text blocks that are formatted with Auto size font in the form will be set to a much larger font in the signature page and it cuts off the rest of the text, which is important.
