Hello,
I encounter an issue with workflows when a user needs to sign a document more than once. I was able to replicate the issue with the user and what appears to happen is the following:
Only way around this seems to be that the signature request email does appear to go out even though the Manage dashboard does not reflect this. If the user uses the link in the email then they are able to sucessfully sign the document and the workflow continues.
Is there something I am doing wrong or something that can be done to prevent this issue?

Hello,
Just to follow up on this in case someone else encounters a similar issue. I contacted Adobe Support and they have to enable a setting on the backend called "Allow Multi Action." The technician stated that there was no drawback to enabling this. Once the setting was enabled, I ran a couple of scenarios to replicate the issue and it no longer occurs. So issue resolved.
One thing to note, this can only be enabled by Adobe Support on the backend. It is not among the settings we can change.
