Adobe e-sign transaction based licensing

I am purchasing Adobe e-sign 2500 transaction licenses slab pricing program.

If after 2 months I want to purchase additional 500 will my additional get counted in the same slab pricing bucket of 2500-5000.

Also  after 2 months I purchase 3k more transactions will my pricing for 3k change to 5k plus transaction pricing

The pricing level for transactions is based on each individual purchase. The 2500 would be level 3, then the 500 would be level 1. After two months the 3k would be level 3.
