I have prepared a fillable form from a pdf. How do I save that filled out form and an uneditable pdf to be sent out for signature?

If I am understanding you correctly you want the data from the form that was completed as well as the completed PDF. If this is the case in the "Manage tab" under "completed" section (on left), click on the returned document you will see on the right hand side a column under "Actions" options available if you "Download PDF" this will be the completed PDF if you choose "Download Form Field Data" this will download a CSV file with all the information that the signer filled in.
If this is not visible you may have to ask your administrator to switch on the following options under the "Accounts Tab"
Collect form data with agreements > Attach a CSV with form data to the sender's signed agreement emails. If this is not possible the version of Adobe Sign you have may not have this function available and you may need to upgrade.
