Our business has just switched to Adobe Teams from all of them having their individual licenses with Adobe Pro. All around it sounds like a great idea, but there is a user that requests signatures all the time. It was working just fine in individual, but now since we have switched, she is unable to send a request for signatures.
We have signed her out, and back in to try that, with no success.
She has the same Adobe Pro, the only thing that has changed was she went from individual to Teams.

As the user get the error, it seems the account has not updated. if the issue still occurs, could you please share the Adobe ID for the user which is used to sign in to the account in private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
