Adobe Sign - Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted

I have an Enterprise subscription to Acrobat DC Pro, and I am receiving error messages that are keeping me from sending out requests for e-signatures. The website's Request E-Signatures tool/button gives the error "Unable to process request"; the mobile app gives the error message "Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted"; the desktop app is completely missing the option to request e-signatures. The request e-signature function was one of two primary reasons for upgrading to DC Pro. I believe this may have something to do with my previously utilized free Adobe account. Can someone help me get this resolved?

Hi JD28119356t45z

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the Community page.

You have Acrobat Pro individual subscription as well as an Enterprise plan. The Acrobat Sign is active for the Acrobat Pro individual account.

Would you mind confirming which account you use to sign in? Please let us know the option you select when you sign in to the application.

Regarding your Enterprise subscription plan: We see that you are using the Acrobat Pro DC as a part of the End term license agreement provided by your organization. Adobe Sign individual has been removed from the Acrobat Pro DC in ETLA offers.

Could you please check with your admin if you have access to the Acrobat Sign Entperise service plan?

Thanks,

Meenakshi
