Adobe Sign email is different from Primary account email

I have a Adobe CC all apps subscription with my primary email id, however my Adobe Sign email is stuck with an older email ID and is sending that email in all outgoing PDFs. 

I want to change that to my primary email id as well, but cant login to the echosign portal with either the new or the old email id.

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

The desired email is visible there, however neither is esign visible in acrobat.adobe.com nor when I send a request from the desktop app, does the correct email id appear.

As mentioned above, the email address for Adobe Acrobat Sign is different than the primary email address for the Adobe account.  

Please confirm if you can send the document for signature without any issues from the Acrobat desktop application. If yes, would you mind sharing the primary email on your account and the email that appears for Acrobat Sign with us in a private message? You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
