Adobe Sign for Google Drive App being Blocked

When I try to open a pdf using Adpobe Sign via Google Drive I receuve the following message:

 

"This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access."

 

Is this app not secure and as such I will be unable to use it via Google Drive?
